30 weeks of baby!

baby girl is 30 weeks!
and i'm savoring every second of it.

every foot under the ribs, every kick to the bladder,

they're all so sweet, and i know these last 10 weeks are going to fly by.

we are so looking forward to finally seeing her little face,
touching her perfect baby skin [oh, i can just picture it],

and spending time growing and bonding all together, the three of us.

but i also know right now that there's nothing like the little language of kicks and dances
that she speaks only to me... and the sense of her spirit that i already get to experience.

i don't feel like so many people point out how enjoyable it all can be,

but despite a little nausea to start and a major rollercoaster of emotions,

it's been really wonderful.

so, 10 more weeks!
and i'm not so ready to wish them away just yet.

but in just 10 more weeks...
i know things are going to get pretty awesome for us around here.
