maddalena, meet dusty. dusty, this is maddalena.

over the weekend, we had a little evening at the farm for kind of a final summertime back porch dinner before my brother headed back to school for the fall. i mean, this summer has gone by way. too. quickly! i can't even go there right now. i will shed tears. but anyway, while we were farming for the evening, we decided to give maddalena her first taste of horsey lovin... and so she met a horse, dusty, the friendly ole farm pony, for the very first time. and, i don't know, i'm pretty sure she liked what she saw. and this girl... she's not even a month old but oh, does she love the outdoors! just warms my southern girl heart.

[sweet ole dusty boy. pretty sure he liked her, too! ]

Maddalena will be one lucky girl having all those horses to grow up with! I can remember dreaming of having a horse when I was young. Such cute photos of you and your little lady. x
