long weekend grillin'

we had such a gorgeous long memorial day weekend, juuust perfect for the summertimiest of activities, like pool floating and grilling. we grilled up some yums with my family on saturday evening after a long day of sunshine... and little brother and his lovely lady made a huge bowl of banana pudding that pretty much killed me with all of its goodness... and umm, i ate a lot of it. [guess i forgot that i had to get weighed at the doctor this week. gross! whatever. baby's growin.] you know what? i love the summer. and i don't know if there's anyone out there that loves it as much as i do. i mean, really.

[steven does not like to use utensils when he's getting hotdogs off the grill.

he likes to use his fingers and say "ouch" after each one. guess that's man stuff.]
