today my maddalena girl is six. months. old!
six months ago, we had our very first snuggle together and never looked back. my entire purpose for waking up in the morning changed for the better, and though our floors are a bit dirtier now and our schedule isn't quite up to us, i don't think i've ever felt more fulfilled by the little parts of my every day than i do now, as the mother of one tiny rosebud baby lady.
so, happy 6 months, maddalena! thanks for making our house more of a home, trips to the grocery store a lot more fun, daytime drives around town a lot less lonely, christmas carols more fun to sing in any season, and the turn-around camera feature on the iphone a lot more necessary. i love you! biiiiig smooch: mwaaahh! love, your really cool and ridiculously in love mommy
