this year steven & i spent our halloween weekend in auburn with some of our dear lovely friends! [and we missed the ones that weren’t there, of course.] it felt amazingly wonderful to be in auburn again. it had been far, far, far too long since we’d spent any time down there and it wasn’t until we arrived that i realized how much i miss life in auburn. we’ve been pretty occupied with our new happy married nashville lives for the past year and a half since we left… but suddenly we noticed that a huge, auburnless gap of time had gone by! bleh!
it definitely felt like going home again. we stayed with my sweet little brother dearest which made it even better [what would i ever do without him?] and auburn beat ole miss which made it even better! and bonus: we saw some pretty entertaining halloween costumes.
i love auburn. with my whole whole heart.
