…that tomorrow i will be tagging along on a trip with my daddy dearest…
up to pennsylvania to visit a little place i call… my grandmom & pappap’s house. yay!
their house is home to:
- grandmom’s super delish pasta, meatballs, cannoli.. and waffles. [it’s all yummier up there. i mean, nashville is obv my bff.. but the italians just didn’t get on boats and come here.]
- grandmom’s garden queen skills
- a mysterious 1940s murder [long before they lived there, of course] & a handful of little ghost stories. yes. true. i may or may not have one myself. i don’t know really.
- comforting smells, memories & actual legit winter snowfall.
- my family! [including the child versions of my dad & all his siblings]
i’m a little excited. and ready for some fam time.
