i love weddings. always have. i think i’ve maybe been to the very edge
of wedding obsession insanity and back. [and enjoyed it.]
our pretty little friend mary ellen married her sweetiepie drew last saturday,
and it was so lovely! i’d say it was one of our favorite ceremonies so far.

i love love. and friends. and husbands.
and white dresses and flowy veils and romantic flowers and wedding music.
weddings always take me back to our own big, fabulous day…
and now i’m so thankful that we have 2 whole years under our belt!
before our wedding, we met with the sweet pastor that we’d asked to marry us…
and he told us in his soothing, deep, southern voice,
“marriage… is a wonderful institution… if you like living in an institution.”
then he laughed and laughed. he had all kinds of words to live by. a wise old man, that one.
I am obsessed with weddings too! Everything about them. I can't get enough of anything Martha Stewart weddings too. Have you seen the summer issue of her latest wedding magazine? So pretty!
