since the flood crazies have finally slowed down around here, we’ve gotten to spend lot of time in our little housey enjoying all our new housey toys. one of our new favs that we did not have prior to the floodmonster attack… is the griddle. and last week, the griddle became even more exciting when we made… griddle cheese samwiches. [ps. we don’t really say “sandwich” around here.]
griddle cheeses are not grilled cheeses. they’re so way better. i don’t even know why.
we also had soup. and then we all cuddled. yes. the best.
i think nights like that are going to be a fav for us this season.

yummo! I have been eating lots of soup lately and this is a great idea! I love grilled cheese…so maybe I can make the cheese griddles sammies 😉 haha
