wellll, last sunday i figured out how to do light painting with my iphone… and it’s really definitely my new favorite trick. i made this discovery [using the slow shutter app] and immediately dragged steven into our dark master bathroom with me to paint. with lights! i found this to be so much more entertaining than the errands i had planned to run! oh, technology.
is that so neat? now i know it’s not a new trick for fancy cameras and such, but i was excited to play like this on my iphone. first we used a flashlight. but then even better was the candle. [notice steven’s AU auburn symbol thingy. war eagle! also, i’m like 150% shocked that he didn’t light paint anything dirty.]
and you know what else cool fun people do?
they make flat bread pizzas. which is precisely what we did that night for our golden globes watching dinner activity! i really can’t believe we hadn’t done this until now. it was the easiest ever. flatbread. sauce. toppings. oven. done. yum. and it was stevo’s idea, too, which was so cute.
i think i enjoy these little teensy fun things about everyday life more now than i ever used to. it feels really healthy to remember to stop and smell the roses. i love roses. but what i don’t love right now is the idea of more snow. it was super fun before but now i’m a little bit cabin-fevered and when i see it in the forecast i shudder a little. good thing we have 4 wheel drive! the snow won’t stop me this time. or maybe it will, i haven’t really decided yet.
Awh, that looks so fun, i can't wait to get an I phone, but I have to wait until they come out for Verizon in February. I love flatbread pizzas, my fiance & I make them for relaxing nights all the time!!
