i’m pretty sure yesterday might have been the best day of our fluffchildrens’ lives. particularly sophie. just lately she’s been experiencing her first outdoor weather ever since she was born as a teeny homeless kitty 3 years ago. she has finally come to terms with grass and how to walk through it so she really enjoyed yesterday’s romp with minnie in the 60something-degree glory. if there’s one thing she loves as much as she loves her puppy, i think it’s sunshine.
i was trying to read and sip coffee in the prettiness of yesterday, but mostly ended up just following the fluffs around the yard kind of wishing that i was a fluff. their happiness is really distracting. so i’ve made a short video of their happy life love. pretty much a sophie love story:
sometimes i think we would be really happy living on an island as beach bums. except then it would be really difficult to go shopping and go to parties. i’d have to have a jet and a pilot, obviously. so maybe i just wish that nashville was an island! except not really because last time nashville tried to be an island lots of our houses got destroyed. oh well. on the schedule for today: more frolicking for the fluffs! and coffee for me. and whatever else comes our way. because this week we’re wannabe beach bums! [i’ll do productive things, too, but i’m just pretending like i won’t.]
[ps. my crentist told me last week that i have a cavity! who even gets cavities anymore?]
