yesterday…
…we did lots of poolside sun-basking, made friends with a salamander [clearly an aspiring model],
ate the most amazing garlic knots on this planet at south beach,
had evening chats by the ocean, watched the surfers surf,
the sweetest puppy frolic in the sand, and a man making friends with a flock of seagulls.
and we’ve of course done so much laughing. good for the soul.
this kind of peacefulness is just so revitalizing. like taking a big deeeep breath! ahh.
[the bad news is that my iphone decided to take a little dive onto cobblestone
and completely destroy its face but umm i’m just letting that go for now.]
