i was very excited in september and now i’m very very excited!

this was me being excited for christmas approximately 3 months ago… when i walked into costco back in september and saw aaaall the cheer and merriment they’d already donned and i was pretty much beside myself with christmas spirit. and i really wanted that reindeer, by the way, isn’t he the cutest?? he’d make such a nice pet. and NOW [according to my iphone app] we have just 9 sleeps until christmas and stop everything! i am thrilled. actually, i might be even more thrilled about the 8 sleeps til christmas eve. and i feel like this is one of those really official christmas weekends, with christmas parties and sugary treats and obligatory chitchat with people that you literally only see every year at christmas parties and i’m totally ready. woohoo! it’s time, people. it’s time.
