i can definitely say that i’m excited to be starting another beautiful year. i haven’t always felt that way about starting new years, but this year i am totally ready. 2011 was such a great year for us. better than 2010 and way better than 2009. and while we’re always growing through the fun things and the not so fun things, i think 2011 brought us more of the fun [yay!] and we’ve continued to grow in love and patience and optimism and faith… in balance and opportunity and spontaneity… less fear and more why not. i love the path that we’ve found ourselves on and i’m ready for more life adventures with that tall drink of handsome i luckily managed to snag about 9 years back. woooo! 2012, ba-ring it on.
we don’t so much have set resolutions this year… but i always have a few goals to remember. in 2012, i *hope* we will…
-love… as much and as often as possible
-keep our sunglasses unscratched
-learn how to use the big camera better
-find beauty in everything
-keep enjoying gym dates. do a little more yoga.
-take an amazing italy trip… which we still have yet to plan
-drink. more. water. i say this every year!
-use coupons at the grocery store [always forget]
-doooon’t worry. we’re not in charge here, anyway.

I love your goals! Personally, I'm not a fan or big resolutions that are forgotten by February, but goals, goals can work! I also hope to practice more yoga and need to start drinking more water!

What a beautiful picture! I think 2011 was a GREAT year for everyone, it certainly was for me and I'm a little sad it's gone but I'm sure 2012 shall be just as good, if not better!
