it’s hard to believe that we’re half way through already! my goodness!
these last 20 weeks have flown by so quickly
and i’m just not quiiite ready for the next 20 to do the same.
i honestly had no idea just how enjoyable this whole experience could be
and i don’t think i expected it to feel so completely natural.
but it is. so very natural. i think so, at least.
and granted, i know i could definitely be having it a whole lot worse…
[i mean, the first trimester of nausea and fatigue wasn’t my favorite but still… could’ve been worse.]
but my body seems to be totally up for it, which i’m so grateful for!
because that means i get this time to just enjoy having the little lady
all to myself, as she practices her high-kicks and somersaults all day
and then we sit and wonder whose toes she has
and talk about how awesome she is.
and i’m sure not so long from now she’ll be breaking my ribs
and crushing my organs and i’ll be singing a different tune.
but until then… we enjoy 🙂

I love it! You look amazing! I'm pretty sure I say that every comment, but it's so true! And I have to thank you for being so positive and grateful during your pregnancy. I see so many mom-to-be's that only complain non-stop. I can imagine at times that you want to complain, but thank you for choosing to stay positive. There are so many (possibly me) that won't be able to concieve and would kill to be pragnant. I'm just so thankful for the ones like you that truly embrace the miracle and blessing it is! Thank you, thank you! P.S. You look great. Have I said that already? 🙂

Congrats on 20 weeks, how exciting BB! I agree with comment above – you look amazing. I was actually going to as where you got those jean shorts (or did you cut them yourself?) I'm in need of a good pair of jean shorts for summer and your's are just adorable. It's wonderful to hear that this all feels very natural. I've never had children but I think if and when I do, that's exactly how I want to feel also – like my body is in tune with what's going on I guess.
So excited to follow along throughout the rest of this amazing experience!
