1. i love the peace he gives me and that you can see our selfie in his eye and my sunglasses. 🙂
2. i hadn’t hopped on casey’s back since before rocco was born! aaand i told you i never take this sweater off!
3. maddalena was so disappointed i wasn’t saddling casey up for her to ride that afternoon, but i told her bareback is my favorite way to ride, anyway. and so good for her balance!
4. her little curls on his fur! i love seeing her take comfort in his warm fuzzy body just like i always have.
5. she snuggled him there on his back and said, “oooh, i LOVE you, casey! mwah!!” ending with a smooch.
6. he adamantly does not want us to put him back in the pasture lately. then again, it’s funny that these big ole creatures are even willing to listen to us ever, at all, anyway!
this kinda thing? it keeps me going, i tell you! happy place forever and always.
