…snaps from a casual saturday with my sillies & a few little things of note!
rocco bunny has learned to give kisses!! complete with the “mmmmAAAHH!” sound effect! :* of course, any time a baby learns to dish out smooches it is the best. trick. EVER. so i’ve been taking full advantage!! you know… on the off-chance that one day he might not be so down with smoochin his mama. [waaa!]
so, i was totally trying to snag a smooch from rocco when we were outside at the farm saturday afternoon and i was all he’s gonna do it! he’s gonna do it! but then he zoomed right on past me and went straight to plant one on maddalena! she actually had the camera at the time, so when i looked back at my photos, i realized that she snapped one of him all puckered up and coming for her!! and. iiii. MELTED!!
sidenote: before heading farmward that day, i took the babers to stop by a local coffee shop that is NOT starbucks, because as much as that nearby starbucks drive-through comes in handy… i’m not really trying to give them all my money. in fact, i’d kiiinda rather not. and! we can officially report that capital coffee’s gluten-free chocolate banana muffin is deeee-lish! as is their decaf latte. we can also officially report that loud restaurants are probably more of rocco’s jam right now, as we hurried on out of there once he began vocalizing his decision to run and only run and don’t stop me, mom!
side-sidenote: when madd & rocco were playing on their little fort, they were spying on a huge, creepy bug that was hiding in the periscope! five points if you spot it! i looove nature, but sometimes… ew!

What's better than kisses and coffee??? Love your everyday posts about being a mom and enjoying your summer! That tank and shorts look super comfy! And yes! I spotted the bug lol! My kids would be spying too 🙂
