happy 6 months, baby luca!!

last week, my babiest babe hit 6 whole months!!

not only that, but just days prior… he. got. his. first. TOOTH! a toofy! right there in the bottom of his precious little mouth! his older siblings were 7.5 and 8 months when their first teeth came through, and teething seemed to be so agonizing leading up to said teeth. so this? this little tooth just showing up one day?! i meannn… i knew he was teething like crazy based on the drool, lumpy gums, and little lip sucking faces, but wow! i still can’t believe it.

ohhh, this baby! time flies when you’re having fun! and for me, he is absolute, pure delight… which is really becoming somewhat of a problem, as things are moving wayyyyy too quickly! when someone finds the potion for stopping time and bottling up babyhood, please share!!!!

but truly, luca baby, we are nothing but thrilled with your every single breath. you are beyond generous with us… sitting patiently through childhood tantrums and doggy madness, spending hours in the car, smiling, talking, and hanging on to your sweet toes until you finally decide you’ve had enough. you hang in there soooo so well! you are squishy and love to laugh. you are super ticklish and crazy about your sibs… majorly into jumping and a big fan of that yellow monkey that hangs from the jumperoo. you’re basically amazing! and we are the absolute luckiest to be graced with your presence every day. you are the yummiest, most magical baby on the planet, and WE LOVE YOU!!!

also, never leave me. okay. perfect. i love you. 😉
