…since there’s pretty much not a chance i’m ever going to want to take a vacay to snowy places [#hotvacaysonly], we were so thankful an entire WEEK of snow came to us last month!! this was a serious surprise because we get many years where we barely see a flurry.
[sidenote: my senior year of high school we got ZERO snow days, so i asked the principal for rain days and i was *so embarrassed* when he announced that during my little time slot at graduation. but i was dead serious.]
anyway, it felt like we had stepped into another world… i really don’t know if we’ve ever seen that much snow here?! the little bunbuns had a blast playing with dada and the neighbors in the snow all. day. long! it wasn’t long before they abandoned sleds altogether and went penguin style down the biggest of hills. even little luey learned to conquer the snowy hillside! and stella for sure felt like she’d gone back to her pittsburgh origins!
now take us to the beach. like… asap right now immediately. 🙂
