it’s been a liiiittle rainy here in nashville for the past whole entire month, but the sun has been making it’s way out here and there! a few days ago, mr. rain and mr. sun made friends and we looked out the window to find a lovely little rainbow right there in the back yard… that landed in the duck cage! [yes, the duck cage. it’s where the duckies sleep at night so they don’t get eaten by foxes or coyotes.]

- i am in love love love with this pair of unicorn princess heels from modcloth. a unicorn heel! that’s genious! i am going to stare at them every day until they materialize onto my feet.
- vampire weekend’s new video for holiday makes. me. so happy.
- how unreal is this dress cake? gorgeous. and this tea party cake is so sweet and elegant. and the fashion mannequin cake! oh my. such talent. i’m in awe. so if you’re in new jersey and want a bad-a cake, i’m thinking you should go to pink cake box.
- the little lady at e tells tales makes beautiful dresses from old shabbies and i. love. them. particularly this one. i sure wish she was my personal dressmaker seamstress.
