summer evenings are wonderful. i feel like i wait all year for the chance to spend a few months relaxing on porches, throwing everything on the grill, and sipping red wine in the warm air while the sunshine hangs around as long as possible…

the animals are happy. the trees are happy. the clouds are happy. so can we eeeeven believe that it’s already august? crazy! of course, our summer has been a little different than we expected… but so wonderful in its own way. maybe we’ll even get a few porch evenings on our own little porchy before the summertime leaves us for good? fingers crossed, i hope i hope!
