6 happy things about snow
1. it makes everything cozier. like coffee and candles and books and scarves.
2. snow isn’t rain and it doesn’t flood your house.
3. you get to skip work and skip school and have a vacation! or really a staycation.
4. little kiddies and little animals are so cute when they run around in it.
5. white is pretty and peaceful. a layer of snow makes the world look less threatening, i think.
6. snow angels and snowball fights! yay!

oh i’m so enjoying blizzard week 2011 while it lasts. i’ve taken full advantage of my bathrobe and my ugg boots… and my mom’s food and laundry skills. but i know i’ll be ready for a hot beach vacay very soon. seasons are weird, aren’t they? i think so. also, i’m ready for husband to come home from phoenix already so we can go back to our housey and cuddle. and bonus, he bought me a t-shirt! good thing he’s on his way. hope the big metal bird is ready to land in the snow!
I am loving the snow…it just arrived here early this morning! Enjoy every last minute…I wish I could get a whole week of blizzard-y goodness. We'll get today and then be back to life tomorrow. sigh. Have a great Wednesday! xoxo {av}

I honestly don't know how you're surviving in this cold weather!! It's 45 degrees here, and nearly the SAME temp in my office and I'm dying!! You're tough! haha
oh, love. run. wine., i'm definitely not a winter girl. i think i'm just thriving on the novelty of all this snow in nashville! plus i love an excuse to relax. just gotta keep the thermostat up!

The winter is pretty on the trees, but other than that, I don't like snow! It's just a hassle to me. Have to plow, have to dig…not fun.

rachael, plowing and digging! my stars, that sounds terrible! we don't really plow and dig here i don't think. we don't get that much snow.
cmae, i think snow is maybe only fun in places that aren't used to it. we pretty much shut down here in nashville! i've been years before without seeing a dot of snow so it can be exciting.
