snow at farmhome

nashville is a big snowball once again! this snow is so so cozy.

but maybe we should consider changing our name to antarctica?
or maybe “new colorado.” or just “new tennessee.”
yes. it’s snows here in new tennessee.

anyway, baby minnie & i have been bundled up at farmhome with the fam
while dear husband’s been visiting much sunnier places…

i feel so fortunate that i just can hop on over to ole farmhome
and play with all my animal loves in the snow when
husband leaves town for the biggest, most fun football game ever.

[or that i can move to farmhome all summer
and play with all my animal loves in the sunshine
when my married house gets swallowed up by the river. that, too.]

and i’m super excited that auburn won the national championship last night!
i love auburn. a whole lot. we spent some of our very best years there.

and i’m glad that 2010 taught us a whole bunch about life
so that we can better enjoy 2011.
i’ve really enjoyed all 11 days of it so far!

life is so not always perfect… but
i guess a happy perspective sure makes it feel that way sometimes.
and that is my tidbit of wisdom for today. and probably for the week.
unless there’s something you’d like to talk about
and then i’ll pretend to be a wisdom expert with lots of advice.

off to be a cozy snowflake princess! yippy!
cup of coffee + a little snuggly reading sounds lovely today.
