steven ran off to vegas with boys last friday for a bachelor party…
so for the weekend, naturally, minnie & i just scooted right on over to farmhome
for a weekend of pool time and porch time and friend time and fam time
and late nights doing whatever. it’s so nice living minutes from home like that…
we had such fun! but we missed steven. we did.

minnie is a real party girl. but i don’t think she’d have actually liked
our teenage years much, because her human parents lived in two different houses
back then. she was awfully excited when steven got back home last night.
and so was i! and so was kitty because she does not like spending too much time
being queen of the castle all by herself.

which is… our 3rd anniversary!!
i mean, 3 years will really sneak up on you like that.
in a good way, of course. in a very good way.
in a way that’s like “hey, aren’t we teenagers? how are we married?”
but somehow it’s totally normal.

We celebrated our fourth anniversary a couple weeks ago. It's amazing how fast the years fly by! Happy early anniversary!

Random question, but I haven't seen any art update/posts on here have you been painting anything new? Just curious as a teacher, a free moment for me these days is spent on grading and organizing art for the next day rather than creating art for myself 🙁
