when we woke up sunday morning, that wooonderful husband of mine decided to make a little run to the grocery for some pancake making goodies while i took about 4,000 years to roll my belly out of our big snuggly bed. it was the best idea ever.
…i had quite a full belly afterward, let me tell you!
we’ve done pancake mornings… maybe twice in our whole marriage? that sounds so lame, but we’re pretty healthy breakfasters for the most part. and really, more like brunchers than breakfasters. [like, actual meals in the morning hours to me are just bleh.] but those pancakes! oh, they were delicious. and fluffy. aaand that boy even brought back chocolate milk for two. [i think maybe somebody’s enjoying a few pregnancy indulgences as much as i am!] so, now that we have the babe a-comin’, we’re pretty much envisioning many more of these pancake mornings in our future. and waffles. let’s not forget about waffles.
ha! sounds like my hubby and i- we've actually never had a pancake morning, and we've been married a little over a year. the only times pancake mornings happen are when we stay at my parent's. maybe it's a "parent" thing. i'm sure when we have a baby, they'll start happening!

Isn't it crazy how extra full you feel, since you're full of baby too?! haha
I actually don't like pancakes (just too cakey. Not a cake fan either), so Phil and I have never made pancakes at home. But we love, love, love going out for breakfast, and then he orders them then. I guess that makes me feel less bad for never making them at home! 🙂

Looks like he's a real champ at making those pancakes! Ours usually end up extra mushy or extra burnt! Hope baby comes soon! I'm 30 weeks now and so ready!

Your rings still fitting your fingers? I'm so fearful if I ever have a baby I won't be able to wear my wedding ring! I can't even wear mine to the gym (my fingers swell when ever I work out or hike) Weird water retention thing!
