when you make it half way through the day before realizing that you’re totally twinning…
…last thursday, i returned from a quick little pre-preschool meeting to notice that madd and i had actually both gotten dressed in pink tops, black pants, and pink ballet flats, and i had no idea! haha! coffee cheers to that! oh, i love this girl so so much, and i’ll twin with her any. day. of. the week!
and preschool?! baby girl got into pre-k at the school of my youth! 🙂 so, go, maddalena!!!! we are proud and feel like she’ll totally love it come fall… aaaand i’ll be over here mentally weeping for the next 6 months! […6 years, 6 decades, etc… waaa!]
…while i sipped my 3rd cup of joe [just caaan’t quite make it without that 3rd cup!], m had hot chocolate [courtesey of gaga!], and we sat outside on the absolute prettiest afternoon and had girl chats while brother napped.
…and once rocco was up, the babers snagged some little red snuggles!! i am sooo glad they have him to love on. he’s been the sweetest little guy for their tiny hearts and hands.
…and ps. i’d just like to add that for many years i paid all sorts of dollars to get hair that doesn’t even come close to the golden mop on rocco’s head!! he melts me. he melts me into a puddle!
so. just a little thursday for the books! 🙂
Preschool! Big things!!! We officially registered Mia for kindergarten this fall, and when I say we I mean Mike because I got totally overwhelmed and broke down and cried and just.couldnt.deal. So it was husband to the rescue lol They will do great tho, I just know it!
oh it’s all too soon!!! i cannot believe we are there already! good luck with all those kindergarten emotions!! life is crazy fast!!
She is just going to love it there! I know all the feelings that come along with it and hey we could all use another year or six before our kids go to school. I’m so glad you are comfortable with the school!! That will help so so much. And goodness his hair is amazing. Both of your babes have amazing hair!
you said it, my friend!! a year or SIX!!! i am not ready to lose my girl all day. hopefully the 3 day a week pre-k will help ease us in, but i’m already dreading the routine. i know we will make the best of it, but waaa!! you are my inspiration, as always!! you have been so positive about your schooling endeavors!!
