i cannot believe it’s october!! september absolutely flew by, and in a totally good way. this october brings us closer to so many snuggles, and not just because of sweaters and fluffy socks! we are totally taking bets on whether or not baby boy will pick an october or november birthday, [he’s due riiight on that line, as both our first and second babes have done!] and while i’d kind of love to get through halloween for the kiddos’ sakes, i kinda wouldn’t mind if he was a smidge ahead of schedule, either. soo! it’s safe to say, my mind is consumed by what i need to do pre-bunbun, but i don’t want to miss out on those staple fall vibes either!
a few fall goals!
- watch it’s the great pumpkin charlie brown & curious george: a halloween boo fest with the babes
- for me… a viewing of when harry met sally!
- visit gentry’s farm for pumpkin picking… m has a field trip we’re hoping to tag along on! [oh my… our visit there the year before last! rocco’s hair! and back when madd was a tiny baby!]
- put white mums and fairy tale pumpkins on the front porch
- nail down halloween costumes… i thiiink the bunners have made their final decisions!
- celebrate steven’s birthday… 33!
- make homemade pumpkin spice lattes, my fav
- stroll through cheekwood and visit our favorite little pumpkin house! [which we enjoyed when rocco was a baby and the year after that! we went last year, too, but the babes were getting sick, so it was not quite the happiest time of year.]
- finish getting little baby bunny man’s nursery together & work on a couple other house projects
- sip apple cider
- freshen up my scarf collection! [this scarf is a need]
- cinnamon everything, always, forever
- bake pumpkin bread!
- and have a little fall snuggle baby! guess i’ll add pack a bag to my list. 🙂
