one. month. old!
my sweetest luca! i can’t believe he’s more than a month now. no words can describe the gift he continues to be. he is everything wonderful, and we truly just can’t get enough of him!
really, there’s something so so special about life with the third baby. i know what to appreciate now. i know how fast it all goes. i know that life keeps moving whether things are going perfectly or not. and it’s usually not, right! but it’s still beautiful. i’ve long given up on perfectionism, hallelujah. if the snuggles are there, i’m mostly good. 🙂
and baby luca! he gets the added benefit of two adoring older siblings. he doesn’t know or care that i don’t have it all together. he smells like heaven and his tiny, warm cuddles bring a sense of instant peace. his name means light, and that’s exactly what he is.
having tiny ones is not easy by any means, but this season we’re in is one i didn’t know i needed. and one month! it feels like we’ve hit a little bit of a sweet spot at one month. i’m soaking. it. up.

How!? He was juuuuussst born! Oh such a precious season of life to be sure. Can I come snuggle him and give him a smell? I sure miss it!!
