it’s steven’s birthday today!!!!!!
and you know, i’ve been thinking lately about
how i remember oh so well when he turned 18 and i thought…
gosh he is sooo old now and he’s growing up and going on with life
and going to college and leaving me behind because oh my gosh,
he’s turning. eight. teen!
ooooh, but little did he or i know…
he’d be stuck with me for many birthdays more!!!
[i mean, i had hoped as much but wasn’t totally banking on it]
and this year. he’s turning 28!! and this age,
i have to say, i think it’s one of his finest looks yet 🙂
and so, i now present in – oh heavens – a rather embarrassing fashion…

haha!! what fun the slut cut reference brought about!! the boys in college used that term for the hair that was really short in the back and long in the front!! i remember this one really pretty tall girl in particular, who had a major slut cut 😉
