we sure love us some steven around here!
for his birthday dinner, i made my grandmother’s meatball recipe,
as requested, for a casual friday evening at home,
and used pamela’s chocolate cake mix for his birthday cake,
which kind of blew us away with how much we both loved it!!
the next night he grilled his favorite family beef tenderloin recipe at the farm,
and the day was beautiful. and the sunset was magical. and the prosecco was sparkly.
and we topped it off with brownies and gelato.
oh, and i can’t believe i didn’t get a picture of this!
we delivered to stevo a gift from mr. white and jesse themselves,
which included a helpful t-shirt and some product 😉
which, i’m sorry, i personally thought was hilarious, okay.
self-five!
and now my husband is 28.
i love you, steven bishop!
[funny sidenote: i actually do refer to him as steven bishop in conversation sometimes because my dad and my brother are both stephens, and it gets confusing… but occasionally someone gives me a funny look for calling my husband by his first and last name, and then i realize that it must sound kind of silly!]

Such cute pics!! I call my husband Mautz a good bit of the time to friends and family because my little bro is named Matt and it can get more confusing than you think! Mautz mentioned naming W, Matt Jr. No thank you! Too many Matts in my life already! Happy Birthday Stevo!!
