hey!! 2015!! we were on farm duty for a spell, and it was veryyy cold. then it snowed! aaand! we were officially planning a baby rocco! the very first princess anna braids happened… as did a warmish kinda day… and an 18 week bump!

oh, the glorious warm spells! and walks! and talks! we looooved on valentine’s day. we had a seriously COLD ice week. my horse casey turned 28 years old!! aaaand we braved the ice to find out that we were having a baby boy!

babies grew, hey, 22! and so did our little plants! we were pink snowbunnies outside and cozy hot chocolate sippers inside. the weather turned pretty, and that boy bump became 24 weeks of seriously official! maddalena practiced being a big sister [it sure must’ve paid off! ;)] and we made little easter sheepies.

i was running out of dresses to go over my 26 week belly! as always, it was quite an honor living with royalty. 😉 easter was so lovely!! we did some target shoppin’ and then headed off to our own happy paradise. rocco boy grew… week 28! week 29! my mom joined us in our happy place and it was wonderful, so wonderful.

i was one ridiculously proud sister celebrating away as my brother graduated from college and then my sister graduated from college!! that sweet boy bunny bumped along at 32 weeks. my mom and i got to host a bridal brunch for a lifelong best friend. maddalena and i were her matron of honor and flower girl!! i maaay have overdocumented the beautiful life of my peony blossom. we did the very best field frolicing, sunset savoring, and horsey whispering a girl and her loves could ask for! ps. being pregnant alongside one of your very closest friends is theee best.

steven and i celebrated 7 married years the best way we know how! some of the most fun people and horses came to stay at the farm for the month [and play a whole lot of polo!!] princess maddalena planned to go to the royal ball and chatted about oh so many other things 🙂 and then thankfully, my 39 week bump made it to ooone more polo game! oh june, it was one of my favorite months!!

we managed to do a little blackberry pickin’!! and then the best thing EVER happened… our precious rocco boy was born!!! oh, sweet rocco, we were immediately so in love! we savored the snuggles, loved life with two little bunnies… and then!! maddalena rose turned 3 years old!! oh, how does the time fly like that?!

yay, one whole month of rocco snuggles!! and one month of the best big sister princess ballerina ever. 🙂 basically, a whole lot of cuddling was going on in our little housey! and we did some porch snuggling, too, of course. i was feeling extra sentimental [what’s new!]… and gosh, slow summer weekends are just my favorite.

we did some beautiful butterfly spotting!! our ldw was hot and wonderful. i soaked up every day life with my babies. sweet maddalena fell asleep in her chicken nuggets! aaand she had her very first starbucks fix. 😉

always sunbeams and horses, please! steven turned 30 years old!! and cheers! we sold our house! i thought and savored and prayed and felt and wrote about life and everything in it, loved my siblings a whole extra lot, visited the pumpkin patch, closed on our new house [!!!] and we dressed up for halloween!

we enjoyed the amazing little chats we have with maddalena and celebrated the best 4 months of rocco. life was so crazy as we prepared to move. we got to work turning our new house into home! then we packed up our old house after 7 years there… and moved! and then… it was thanksgiving! and then… it was my birthday!!

it felt so good to keep on getting settled!! rocco’s belly laugh completed my whole world, we put our christmas tree up! and took a little christmas trip to see my grandmother. we visited the cutest christmas shop there!! christmas drew closer, we built a little gingerbread house, did plenty of last minute shopping, of course! and then! christmas! and then we headed out of town to relax before the new year. 🙂
oh, 2015!! what a year it was!

You guys have seriously had quite the year! It's an amazingly charmed one though that's for sure! It's so amazing to look back and reflect and just be thankful you know?! and of course get all sentimental.
