what a year, 2013!
i always love looking back through our memories as one year comes to a close and a whole new one begins. it all becomes especially crazy once you add babies to the mix, because oh, how fast they grow! one minute they’re learning to sit up, and the next they’re running around the christmas tree… and you start to realize over and over again just how quickly time really does fly.
i have to say, i am truly proud of all the little accomplishments this past year held for us. it was our first full year of being parents, and it feels good to look back and see that we’re doing an okay job at this whole life thing!!

we had family floats // maddalena took her first steps all on her own! // we visited florida for the 4th // took m on her 5th & 6th flights // picked delicious wild blackberries on the farm // picked a four-leaf clover! // made a little pink princess cottage for the princess herself // had a first birthday party for miss maddalena // baby girl officially turned one year old // and the next day my daddy had his birthday!

m and i flew to sea island for an incredible blacation!! // then welcomed a visit from my grandmom // had lots of girl feelings // baked yummy cookies // took summertime walks with wine // had love-my-life moments // and went to the zoo!

enjoyed our labor day // my baby sis turned 21! // we ate at waffle house for the first time in way too long // wore pink leggings // talked motherhood lessons // baby & kitty played house // and we had lunch on a pretty afternoon

baby girl fell in love with shoes // we had a coffee shop girl date // and the three of us visited auburn! // m looked presh in mama’s old sweatshirt // we celebrated steven’s birthday // loved on our horsey boys // had a bff birthday visit & final neighbor dinner before our bff neighbs moved // and did some farmsitting!

we had a slightly delayed but fun little halloween // i became a cave woman? // we did some golf carting // and went to see light at cheekwood // sparkled with the little one // picked out some pretty presents at mission lazarus // got cozy indoors // and had my birthday and thanksgiving all in one day!

steven finished the beautiful farmhouse table he built! // maddalena did not love santa // we put up our 6th christmas tree together // it snowed!! // we had sweet friends visit // went to see my bettye-mom for christmas! // and saw all the christmas lights and animals at the horse park! // went on a christmas date to steven’s company party // had a merry little christmas // and a happy new year!
